It hurts my heart to say this but - we are no longer making Raven Roast.
It's been a challenging few years for small businesses with covid, tariffs, ingredient shortages, new types of paperwork and fees galore. There is plenty of economic uncertainty in the world and ingredients are unfortunately continuing to skyrocketing in price. As a small rural business these challenges have become too much for us to absorb. After a whole lot of effort this spring to find an affordable co-packing option we have come to the conclusion that it is simply not affordable for us to continue. This has always been a 'bootstraps' venture and we are very proud to have accomplished as much as we have. Our successes are not enough to scale up to the level of co-packing and distribution which present major challenges of scale, paperwork and cost.
The good news is that we still have lots of Raven Roast left. Go ahead and stock up while you can 50% off while supplies last. We sure do love these products. If we didn't this announcement would have come much sooner. We anticipate that we will be sold out by June.
Thank you for your support. We aren't cut throat business types or social media influencers. Our lives are rural and packed full with family, work at an animal hospital and running an acupuncture clinic. Raven Roast has been a labour of love and a great adventure into the unknown for us. Making a well loved product and sending it out into the world has been a wonderful experience. We have appreciated your feedback and support. Maybe someday we will return but for now we thank you for being on the other end of the rainbow.

Meet Our Founder: Acupuncturist, Mad scientist, Ex-Coffee Lover.
Brendan Murray-Nellis is the founder/owner of Raven Roast, and a Registered Acupuncturist R.Ac., with extensive studies in Traditional Chinese and Western Herbalism.
After grinding (pun intended) through years of school, Brendan noticed that everyone was using coffee to get through gruellingly long academic days and nights of study.
Brendan observed the irony of students of the healing arts traditions and medical school being hyper-concerned with health, but then compromising their own personal health by drinking coffee all day.
Brendan started experimenting with different herbs and began to formulate a coffee alternative that brought the same sense of comfort as coffee.
